Installation / removal analytics

If you have installation analytics in your software using SoftMeter, this dashboard will show you the versions installed and uninstalled and a trendline of installations over time.

Filter tracked applications

If you are tracking more than one application in the same Google Analytics propertyID, you can see here the application names that are being tracked. Click on an application row to filter the results for only this application.

Setup installations and uninstalls over time

Last 12 months

(Beta version: if you have multiple applications under the same propertyID, this graph currently shows installation analytics for all of them.)

This report shows the installations and the unistalls of your application. For the report to collect your data, in your Setup package you must send an event hit with eventLabel='Install' during the installation and an event hit with eventLabel='Uninstall' during the un-install. You will also need a PRO edition of SoftMeter as the free edition does not send event hits.

Installation and uninstall hits per application version

Last 30 days
The numbers count the "runs" of your setup package and record the installations and uninstall of your software program. If a user installs the software twice, the report will count +2 installations. If the user unintalls and installs the software, the report will count +1 installation and +1 removal.
